What are your hours?
Do I need to make an appointment to view a vacation rental property?
No, you do not need an appointment to view our properties, however, if you call ahead we will have everything ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
Where do I check in and check out?
Check in and check out will be handled at our main offices which can be found at 901 Simpson Avenue Suite A, Ocean City, NJ 08226. Check in will be after 2pm on your arrival day. If you are planning for a late arrival or find yourself behind schedule, please call our office and we will make arrangements for a key pick up. Check out is before 10am on your scheduled departure date. We will be outside our office to collect the keys in our lifeguard stand. All other information including occupancy, pets, cancellation policies, etc. will be in the rental contract you receive from us. If you have a question about something you don’t see, feel free to give us a call!
How are canellations and refunds handeled?
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement or lease will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. NOTE: Cancellations due to weather are NOT permitted. We suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment in the case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel your trip. Travel insurance can be added when booking your trip.
Where does the Boardwalk begin and end?
The Boardwalk begins at St. James Place, and ends at 23rd Street. Most of the attractions featured on the Boardwalk such as amusements parks, eateries, and shopping can be found between 6th Street and 14th Street. For those looking to enjoy a revitalizing run along the Boardwalk during their stay, the Boardwalk is roughly 2.5 miles long one way.
How do I know the occupancy limit for my rental?
You will find the occupancy limit for each rental property listed on our website. It will also be stated in your rental contract. We ask that you please honor that limit.
What do I need to bring?
You will be responsible for bringing your own bed sheets, pool/beach towels and kitchen towels. Please review the bed sizes in your rental agreement or lease in order to prepare properly.
What do I do when I leave?
Check out policies will be provided to you when checking in. If you are unsure about anything, we suggest leaving the property in the same condition as when you arrived and giving us a call with any questions or concerns you may have!
