I’ve been coming to the shore since I was a baby, and this year found us renting a place in OCNJ for our family of 4 instead of staying with extended family. A LUCKY web search led us to a local realtor, and I can’t tell you how blessed we feel to have found Nick Marotta of Fox & Roach Realtors!!! His business card claims that “Personal Attention is my Specialty”, and that couldn’t be MORE TRUE!!
Long story short, my two teenage daughters and I came in on Saturday (my husband was joining us a few days later) and our rental was less than ideal. I got settled in and let the girls enjoy their first day, but sent Nick an email first thing Sunday morning. Yes, it’s his job as my realtor to make sure I’m happy, but I certainly understand that there are some things that are just out of his control.
Not only did he move us to a more suitable rental for the week, but he personally drove me to the new place to check it out and then drove me back to the beach so I wouldn’t miss my family time; all the while changing his personal Sunday plans! Even though the new rental cost a bit more than the original, he took care of all of that, and there was NO additional cost to us! By the time my husband got into town, we were all settled in the new place and everyone was happy (not easy to say when you have two teenager girls…)
We couldn’t be more happy with the personal attention and service we received, and we wholeheartedly recommend Nick Marotta with Fox & Roach Realtors for all of your shore rental needs!
