Simple & Enjoyable Experience from Check-In to Check-Out at Renting OCNJ!
Here at Renting OCNJ, we focus on providing exceptional customer service and the best rental properties in Ocean City. Our rentals have Saturday check-out at 10am and Saturday check-in at 2pm. Between each tenant, there are a few steps that take place.
First, we collect the keys from the previous tenant at 10am on Saturday. We have a lifeguard stand out in front of our office on Battersea Road in Ocean City where we collect keys right from the old tenant’s car window. Once we receive the keys from an old tenant, we move forward with preparing for the new tenant.
Second, the owner of the property works with a cleaner to have the home cleaned between every tenant. Each housekeeper has a checklist of what needs to be done and checked for in each residence. We ensure the cleanliness of each rental and are at your side if an issue should arise.
Third, we prepare for the new wave of renters coming to town for the weekend. Check-in starts at 2pm that Saturday. On check-in days, we set up a tent outside where we have music, water, soft pretzels, cookies, banana bread and a picture station for the tenants as they wait to check in.
